Licensing Policy

The licensing policy provides flexible terms for using the Software Suite, taking into account the scale of the business and the chosen implementation model.

Licensing Types

The Software Suite supports the following licensing types:

  • Full concurrent client license
  • Named client license
  • Package license
  • Concurrent license per equipment unit
  • AR camera connection license

1) Full Concurrent Client License

A full concurrent client license allows any user (client) to work with the functions of all purchased modules of the Software Suite. Access to module functions for a specific user is managed by the Software Suite administrator from the End User's side.

Access restrictions to module functions for each user do not depend on the computer used to connect to the Software Suite.

A concurrent client license limits the number of simultaneously active user computers connected to the Software Suite according to the number of concurrent licenses purchased by the End User.

2) Named Client License

A named client license grants access only to a specific user (client) to work with the Software Suite modules listed in the license card.

3) Package License

A package license allows all users (clients) to access the respective modules of the Software Suite without limiting the number of client licenses.

User (client) – an employee of the End User or a Client Enterprise of the End User who is authorized to use the Software Suite.

User computer – a computer of the End User or a Client Enterprise of the End User where the client component of the Software Suite is installed.

Servers – computers of the End User where the server components of the Software Suite (database and application servers) are installed.

Client component – the part of the Software Suite installed on the user computer for interaction with the system.

Server components – the parts installed on servers to ensure the operation of the Software Suite.

Technological parameter – data representing the state or characteristics of equipment, intended for processing by the Software Suite.

4) Concurrent License per Equipment Unit

This license type limits the number of equipment units connected to the Software Suite simultaneously and the number of technological parameters processed, depending on the license tier:

License Tier Number of Technological Parameters
Base 0–10
Standard 11–50
Advanced 51–200
Extended 201–1000
Extended+ 1000+

5) AR Camera Connection License

This license limits the number of AR cameras that can be connected to the Software Suite simultaneously and the processing of live streams.

Pricing

The pricing policy is based on transparency and the business value delivered — the cost is determined according to the scale of implementation, the scope of functionality, and the required level of support.
