Ukrposhta and Ukrainian product IT company IT-Enterprise are scaling a joint project to implement artificial intelligence for processing primary documents. In the first months of 2026, the AI agent has already processed over 26,000 documents, taking over the entire scope of routine verification and data entry within this process. This has reduced the error rate to 0.5% and accelerated financial period closing. The accuracy of AI-powered document processing has reached 99.5%.
