How AI Agents Help Address Workforce Shortages and Scale MilTech: IT-Enterprise Cases Presented at UA Online Miltech Conference 2026
Ukraine’s defense industry (MilTech) is growing at an unprecedented pace. However, scaling production is often constrained by the lack of foundational digital processes and a severe shortage of qualified specialists. These challenges and ways to overcome them were discussed at the UA Online Miltech Conference 2026.
IT-Enterprise experts — Co-owner Oleksii Shcherbatenko and Taras Kakhnii, Head of Digital Transformation Projects for Defense Enterprises — joined the conference’s AI in MilTech track to present real-world digital transformation cases from defense manufacturers and the country’s largest military support foundation.

This has accelerated approval workflows by 50% and reduced document-processing time by 90%.
AI Assistant for Manufacturing Process Documentation
The assistant automatically generates manufacturing process routes based on 2D and 3D models, significantly accelerating the transition from engineering design to production and reducing preparation time by 80%.
Anna Maly (Anomaly Detection Assistant)
Anna Maly analyzes equipment performance and predicts potential failures before they occur through predictive maintenance capabilities, minimizing losses caused by machine downtime and equipment failures.
As previously reported, IT-Enterprise AI technologies are now used across multiple sectors of the Ukrainian economy, from logistics to defense manufacturing. According to the AI Focus 2026 study conducted by the Top Lead Visual Communications Agency, IT-Enterprise was ranked in the highest category of companies undergoing AI transformation — “Advanced Stage of AI Adoption.”
