IT-Enterprise presented the “Ukrpol” digital transformation case at the XXIV Ukrainian CFO Forum
The IT-Enterprise ecosystem team, including the MASTER:Accounting software product and the SmartTender.biz trading platform, led by founder and CEO Oleh Shcherbatenko, took part in the opening of the XXIV Ukrainian CFO Forum — Brave CFO Gathering 2026, a key business platform for CFOs, top executives, and investors in Ukraine.
During the event, IT-Enterprise Commercial Director Roman Yavorskyi and Quality Director of the Ukrpol Publishing House Olena Pozhar presented a digital transformation case implemented in partnership with SK Industries.
Ukrpol Publishing House is one of the largest packaging manufacturers in Ukraine, producing over 100 million units per month. The company works with global brands, including McDonald’s. In this context, transparency of operational processes, real-time order tracking, and improved production management efficiency became critical requirements.
According to the companies, the implementation of the IT-Enterprise ERP platform delivered the following results:
- a 30% increase in equipment and workforce efficiency without additional investment in production capacity;
- a 20% reduction in frozen raw material inventory thanks to APS-based planning;
- integration of production, financial, and HR processes into a single digital environment with real-time management.
During the presentation, it was emphasized that modern ERP solutions enable end-to-end business process transparency, improve the quality of management decisions, and optimize resource utilization.
