IT-Enterprise Presented Autonomous AI Agents at the Annual Kyiv International Economic Forum “Industrial Evolution”

The IT-Enterprise team presented practical applications of artificial intelligence in industry during the annual Kyiv International Economic Forum “Industrial Evolution: Manufacturing Powers the Economy.” During his presentation, IT-Enterprise Commercial Director Roman Yavorskyi demonstrated how autonomous AI agents from the IT-Enterprise AI Assistant Factory address five critical challenges faced by modern enterprises.
The event, held at the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park, brought together more than 1,800 representatives of business, government institutions, and investors. One of the key discussion topics was the transition from traditional automation to data-driven management models and the integration of artificial intelligence into the real economy.
In his presentation, Roman Yavorskyi used a sports analogy, comparing business challenges to opponents on the field against whom IT-Enterprise solutions consistently “score goals.”
Five Industrial Challenges and AI Solutions from the IT-Enterprise AI Assistant Factory
- Challenge 1. Slow production preparation
Manually processing hundreds of pages of engineering documentation slows down production launch and engineering workflows.
Solution: An AI agent for engineering and technological documentation automatically recognizes, structures, and analyzes information, reducing processing time by 90% and decreasing errors by 95%. - Challenge 2. Complex and multilingual technical documentation
Working with extensive equipment manuals in English, German, Chinese, and other languages significantly slows maintenance and service operations.
Solution: An AI maintenance assistant instantly reads, translates, and retrieves relevant information from gigabytes of technical documentation in real time - Challenge 3. Limited visibility and scale of procurement processes
It is impossible for procurement specialists to manually analyze thousands of tender requirements and market offers every day.
Solution: An AI procurement agent performs comprehensive market analysis across more than 7 million items within minutes, helping enterprises increase the volume of new profitable contracts by 52%. - Challenge 4. Reactive maintenance planning
Equipment maintenance based on fixed schedules often results in repairs being performed only after failures occur.
Solution: A Predictive Maintenance AI analyst continuously calculates the actual wear and condition of equipment components based on operational parameters, enabling proactive maintenance planning. - Challenge 5. Financial losses caused by unexpected production downtime
Every production line failure results in direct financial losses and operational disruptions.
Solution: The AI agent Anna Maly analyzes hundreds of thousands of industrial sensor parameters in real time, detects the smallest anomalies, reduces unplanned downtime by 65%, and lowers maintenance labor costs by 40%.
“Today, IT-Enterprise AI agents are not a theoretical concept or a vision of the future—they are the daily reality of hundreds of Ukrainian companies. Our algorithms work 24/7, never get sick, and never take vacations. They process volumes of data that humans simply cannot analyze in real time and provide ready-to-use management insights. This allows specialists to focus on strategic tasks,” emphasized Roman Yavorskyi, Commercial Director of IT-Enterprise.
To date, IT-Enterprise has completed more than 1,400 projects, including implementations based on its proprietary AI Assistant Factory. The company’s solutions are used daily by approximately 1.2 million professionals, helping transform Ukrainian businesses into highly efficient digital ecosystems.
