INTERPIPE Synchronises Accounting Across Ukrainian and International Offices in Real Time on the Upgraded IT-Enterprise x10 Platform

Ukrainian industrial company INTERPIPE has optimised its enterprise resource management system by integrating all production and trading assets into a single digital environment based on the upgraded x10 platform of the Ukrainian ERP system IT-Enterprise. This will enable the company to centrally and efficiently manage its assets amid the challenges of war, while overseeing production and supply chains and monitoring product costs and global product flows in real time.

Previously, different divisions, plants and international offices within the company used various process configurations and accounting approaches. This made it more difficult to quickly collect data and manage multiple enterprises centrally in real time. In wartime conditions, when logistics and markets are constantly changing, the company decided to synchronise all processes on the modern IT-Enterprise x10 ERP platform.

“This project was not digitalisation from scratch — it was a deep optimisation and consolidation of existing processes into a single management centre. Now all INTERPIPE enterprises in Ukraine and abroad operate within a unified digital environment. Optimising business processes on the IT-Enterprise platform has allowed us to synchronise the work of our divisions regardless of their geography or operational specifics. As a result, we have adapted our internal management processes to wartime conditions and created a foundation for further scaling,” said Serhii Saievych, CIO of INTERPIPE.

Key results of the digital transformation

  • 24/7 real-time multi-enterprise management. The consolidation of financial, management and accounting data provides a comprehensive view of the company’s assets.
  • Cost transparency. Unified and optimised product cost calculation methodologies ensure accurate cost control, which is critical for global competition and exports.
  • Global logistics and sales. The system provides end-to-end visibility of product movement worldwide — from production facilities in Ukraine to customers across global markets.
  • x10 platform upgrade. The transition to the new IT-Enterprise platform has delivered higher data processing speed, improved mobility under new working conditions and compliance with international security standards.

“The INTERPIPE case demonstrates how a major industrial corporation can become more flexible through digital transformation in the face of instability and wartime challenges. The IT-Enterprise x10 platform enables this transformation. Synchronising processes and accounting systems within a single digital environment allows the company to manage enterprise resources in real time and significantly accelerate management decision-making in a constantly changing environment,” emphasised Oleh Shcherbatenko, CEO and co-founder of IT-Enterprise.

The Ukrainian product IT company IT-Enterprise has been operating for more than 35 years, supporting the digital transformation of the largest companies in the country’s real sector. Its clients include INTERPIPE, Ferrexpo, Nibulon, Ukrposhta, Ukrnafta and Ukrzaliznytsia, among others. Since the first days of the full-scale war, the IT-Enterprise team has been working together with government authorities to implement critically important projects for Ukraine, including humanitarian aid accounting systems, the restoration of procurement processes and business relocation support. Co-founder and CEO Oleh Shcherbatenko is a consistent advocate of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 approaches and technologies.
