HR processes among top digitalization priorities: IT-Enterprise projects for Raiffeisen Bank, Oschadbank, Crédit Agricole Bank, NIBULON, and DTEK Group

In the first quarter of 2026, large Ukrainian companies significantly increased the priority of HR process digitalization. This area has moved to the forefront of digital transformation demand amid talent shortages and high operational pressure, according to IT-Enterprise experts.
According to the company, demand for HR digitalization among new clients doubled in the first months of the year, while one in five existing clients has a planned HR development project within the year. The highest demand is for solutions in preboarding, onboarding, recruitment, employee training, and LMS systems, which enable faster integration of new hires and improved operational efficiency.
“The labor market has structurally changed: the talent shortage is no longer cyclical but systemic. Businesses are shifting from measuring HR efficiency by the number of processes to the speed at which a new employee creates value. That is why time-to-productivity is becoming a key KPI for HR systems,” said Nataliia Prymak, LMS digitalization expert at IT-Enterprise.
According to IT-Enterprise, the most common HR digitalization areas in large companies include building unified HR ecosystems with full-cycle workforce management automation, along with core HR and payroll functions. Among the top priorities are digital recruitment systems and HR analytics for managing the hiring funnel, as well as creating a seamless HR journey—from hiring to onboarding, training, and performance evaluation using LMS and digital onboarding tools.
Such solutions enable businesses to accelerate employee integration and systematically develop team competencies. Similar HR digitalization practices have already been implemented by leading Ukrainian companies, including Raiffeisen Bank, Oschadbank, Crédit Agricole Bank, NIBULON, and DTEK Group.
According to IT-Enterprise, the key business performance indicator remains the reduction of time-to-productivity, which has improved by 30–40% on average, while cost savings in HR processes due to automation are estimated at 20–35%.
“Modern HR systems are no longer just personnel record tools. They are about managing the speed of competency development within a company. Businesses need digital platforms that enable rapid employee integration, knowledge scaling, and the development of internal talent pipelines,” said Oleg Shcherbatenko, Founder and CEO of IT-Enterprise.
Analysts note that in 2026, digital HR ecosystems are becoming a key factor of competitiveness, accelerating team development and improving overall business performance.
