IT-Enterprise at AGROIT Forum 2026: Client Experience from Digital Twins to Automated Logistics

In March, at the 9th industry event AGROIT Forum 2026, IT-Enterprise presented its strategy for building Digital Twins and logistics automation tools in agribusiness. During the forum, which gathered market leaders around systemic digitalization, the company’s experts demonstrated how combining digital process models with functional portals helps agroholdings overcome labor shortages and optimize costs.
The main focus of the presentation was debunking the myth of a Digital Twin as merely a visual 3D model. In practice, a Digital Twin is an integrated system of business processes that ensures full traceability of operations in real time. Compared to manual management, this approach digitizes critical operational nodes, reducing human error.
“A real Digital Twin is not about hype or visuals, but about full digital traceability of business operations. Our experience with market leaders shows that only integrating real operations into a digital model allows companies to remain competitive and respond quickly to changes without expanding headcount — which is especially important amid labor shortages and wartime uncertainty,” said Roman Yavorskyi, CCO of IT-Enterprise.
The practical value of this technology was illustrated by the case of Nibulon, where the Digital Twin covers 23 elevator complexes. According to the company, the project helped minimize grain losses and significantly improve operational transparency. This is one of the first large-scale implementations of Digital Twins in Ukraine’s elevator infrastructure.
Special attention was also given to digitalizing interactions with carriers, using the example of Continental Farmers Group. The creation of a dedicated logistics portal enabled full automation of the cycle — from partner registration and accreditation to electronic contract signing and automated settlements. This approach ensures transparency and manageability of logistics even during peak sowing and harvesting seasons.
A key takeaway from AGROIT Forum 2026 is that digital transformation is no longer a trend but a necessity in the context of war and global turbulence. In particular, the development of Digital Twins and the implementation of external logistics services are critical for flexibility and scalable growth in modern agribusiness.
