Oleg Shcherbatenko Presented IT-Enterprise’s AI Digitalization Strategy at Rivne Invest Forum

Ukrainian businesses can achieve exponential growth without increasing headcount through the implementation of an ecosystem of AI agents. This was stated by Oleg Shcherbatenko, Founder and CEO of IT-Enterprise, during his speech at the Rivne Invest Forum held on May 8–9, 2026. According to him, the combination of human strategic thinking and artificial intelligence tools is currently the strongest possible team for any enterprise aiming to scale.

At the forum, Oleg Shcherbatenko presented IT-Enterprise’s nearly 40 years of experience in the digital transformation of more than 120 of Ukraine’s largest companies from the Forbes TOP-200 ranking. For over 10 years, the company has been actively implementing AI technologies. The speaker emphasized that every successful AI case is built on a clear distribution of roles: people focus on strategic goals and complex decision-making, while AI handles routine operations, data processing, and risk forecasting.

A key part of the presentation was the demonstration of 45 specialized AI agents developed by the IT-Enterprise team. Among them were the intelligent anomaly detection system Anna Maly and the DocAI solution. The latter enabled large organizations such as Ukrposhta and the Come Back Alive Foundation to automate the import of tens of thousands of documents per month in integration with ERP systems, reducing manual labor costs by 60–85% and achieving operational accuracy of 99.5%.

Forum participants were also introduced to the implementation results of SmartCheck AI, an AI assistant for tender documentation analysis developed by SmartTender. In the case of Yasno, the solution reduced the time required to review tender documentation from several hours to just five minutes. Such technologies help businesses free up human resources for strategic tasks while ensuring operational resilience and rapid recovery even in crisis conditions.

“Artificial intelligence is one of the core pillars of digital transformation, and we have been working with these technologies for more than 10 years. AI in IT-Enterprise systems already processes requests every six seconds — around 450,000 operations per month. This confirms the transition of AI from an experimental technology into an everyday working tool for Ukrainian businesses. The implementation of AI assistants enables companies not only to save resources, but also to scale rapidly and gain significant competitive advantages in a constantly changing environment,” emphasized Oleg Shcherbatenko, Founder and CEO of IT-Enterprise.

IT-Enterprise is a Ukrainian product IT company with more than 35 years of experience supporting the digital transformation of the country’s largest industrial enterprises. Its clients include Interpipe, Ferrexpo, Nibulon, Ukrposhta, Ukrnafta, Ukrzaliznytsia, and others. Since the first days of the full-scale war, the IT-Enterprise team, together with government authorities, has been implementing critical national projects, including humanitarian aid accounting, procurement recovery initiatives, and business relocation support. Co-founder and CEO Oleg Shcherbatenko is a strong advocate of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 approaches and technologies.
