AI Agent Ecosystems and Autonomous Manufacturing: IT-Enterprise on the Hannover Messe 2026 Experience

The IT-Enterprise team of experts, as part of the APPAU delegation (Association of Industrial Automation Enterprises of Ukraine), explored the key trends of this year’s Hannover Messe — the world’s leading exhibition for industrial technologies. The event took place from April 20–24 in Hanover, Germany. The central theme of the exhibition was the evolution of digital platforms and the development of integrated autonomous AI-agent architectures.
While IIoT solutions were previously at the center of attention, by 2026 they had become the foundational infrastructure layer. Today, competition has shifted toward Industrial AI and Agentic Platforms, where AI no longer simply analyzes data but acts as a full-fledged digital brain of manufacturing and becomes an integral part of operational management.
“Today, manufacturing is at a turning point. We are witnessing Industrial AI move into real-world implementation. The key transformation lies not in the algorithms themselves, but in companies’ ability to build connected systems. Processes that previously operated in isolation are now integrated into a single mechanism — from design and planning to operational execution across the entire production chain. The real value is that intelligent systems no longer just support decisions, but actively drive execution. In fact, we are moving toward agentic ERP models that enable businesses to scale intelligently, balance constraints, and instantly adapt to change without losing control over quality,” said Roman Yavorskyi, Commercial Director of IT-Enterprise and a member of the delegation.
He added that IT-Enterprise solutions in the field of AI agent platforms at the ERP level already demonstrate the same logic presented by global vendors in Hanover. This confirms that, despite all challenges, Ukrainian developers remain at the forefront of technological progress, offering solutions that help businesses not only adapt, but also grow under any conditions.
One example is the Ukrposhta case, where an AI assistant fully took over routine primary document processing. The AI agent not only verifies information, but also distributes it across the relevant ERP modules. Since the beginning of the year, the pilot project has processed more than 20,000 documents with a minimal error rate of 0.5% and freed up to 80% of employees’ time for strategic tasks.
IT-Enterprise continues to expand its AI ecosystem. During the IT-Enterprise Version 2026 presentation, the company announced the launch of 81 new AI solutions. Today, its technologies are already used by companies such as WOG, YASNO, Epicentr, and the Come Back Alive Foundation.
