IT-Enterprise Experts Presented Ukraine’s Digital Resilience Experience at the European Commission Stand During Hannover Messe 2026

Oleksandra Fadieieva, an expert at IT-Enterprise and Head of the Project Office of the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance (UCA), participated in a panel discussion at the European Commission stand during Hannover Messe 2026 as part of the APPAU delegation (Association of Industrial Automation Enterprises of Ukraine). During the discussion, she presented Ukraine’s experience in building resilience through digitalization.

Participation in discussions at the European Commission level confirms that Ukrainian industrial adaptation cases developed under critical conditions are unique on a global scale.

“At Hannover Messe, we saw that our development path within the UA Automation Resilience Stack is fully aligned with global trends toward Data Spaces and system interoperability. Our goal is not just to catch up, but to widely implement these reference models, transforming technological resilience into a competitive advantage,” emphasized Oleksandra Fadieieva.

According to her, the exhibition demonstrated that global leaders such as Siemens are focusing on full autonomy and ecosystem-based approaches. For the Ukrainian innovation community, this is a clear signal: competitiveness and flexibility under conditions of uncertainty will depend on the speed of transition to data-driven management models. Based on IT-Enterprise products, such approaches are already being implemented by many industrial enterprises. In particular, leading industrial and agricultural companies such as Interpipe and NIBULON are digitalizing end-to-end operational processes — from finance and logistics to HR management.

For example, Interpipe recently migrated all of its global assets to the new IT-Enterprise X10 platform version for efficient real-time management. Meanwhile, NIBULON is scaling data-driven management across all business processes, ensuring transparency and faster decision-making at every operational level. The experience of these companies proves that digital transformation is the foundation for operational stability even in the most challenging conditions.

IT-Enterprise is a Ukrainian product IT company with more than 35 years of experience supporting the digital transformation of the country’s largest industrial enterprises. Its clients include Interpipe, Ferrexpo, Nibulon, Ukrposhta, Ukrnafta, Ukrzaliznytsia, and others. Since the first days of the full-scale war, the IT-Enterprise team, together with government authorities, has been implementing critical national projects, including humanitarian aid accounting, procurement recovery initiatives, and business relocation support. Co-founder and CEO Oleg Shcherbatenko is a strong advocate of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 approaches and technologies.
