Continental Farmers Group Implements AI-Driven HR Solutions on the IT-Enterprise Platform

Continental Farmers Group has launched an HR digitalization project with the implementation of AI agents based on the Ukrainian ERP platform IT-Enterprise.
The project is focused on digitizing the recruitment process, where artificial intelligence will take over routine recruiter tasks. The solution envisions the creation of a unified digital HR environment with end-to-end processes — from candidate sourcing to full integration into the company’s digital ecosystem, supported by advanced analytics.
As part of the initiative, an AI assistant is being implemented for comprehensive candidate analysis and evaluation against job requirements, along with an AI agent — DocAI — for intelligent document import, enabling the recognition, processing, and integration of HR documents.
Technologically, the project is built on a low-code approach. ERP deployment synchronizes HR and operational data in real time and generates management analytics for business decision-making. AI enables the automation of repetitive tasks and provides a flexible tool for HR management, allowing process scaling without losing control.
“The implementation of ERP and the digital transformation of HR processes with AI integration is a marker of leadership. Companies investing in these areas build flexible management models and unlock their potential to compete in new agricultural markets. Leaders adopt AI-driven digital projects to accelerate growth and achieve systemic efficiency,” said Oleg Shcherbatenko, CEO and co-founder of IT-Enterprise.
This is the second joint project between the companies. Earlier, in January 2026, Continental Farmers Group and IT-Enterprise announced the launch of an electronic carrier portal with integrated logistics data, which became part of building a unified digital ecosystem of business processes.
The scale of AI usage in IT-Enterprise products includes over 225,000 AI requests per month, 977 million tokens monthly, and more than 20 active AI projects, including collaborations with the Come Back Alive Foundation, Ukrposhta, and SmartTender.
IT-Enterprise, a Ukrainian product IT company with over 35 years of experience, supports the digital transformation of leading companies in the real sector of the economy, including Interpipe, Ferrexpo, Nibulon, Ukrposhta, Ukrnafta, and Ukrzaliznytsia. Since the first days of the full-scale war, the IT-Enterprise team, together with government authorities, has been implementing mission-critical projects for Ukraine, including humanitarian aid tracking, procurement system recovery, and business relocation. Oleg Shcherbatenko is also a strong advocate of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 approaches and technologies.
