NIBULON Scales Data-Driven Agribusiness Management on IT-Enterprise ERP

One of Ukraine’s leaders in grain exports and agricultural production — NIBULON — has been building its IT infrastructure on the Ukrainian ERP platform IT-Enterprise for more than 10 years. Over this period, the company has developed a comprehensive ecosystem of digital solutions based on a data-driven model — from financial accounting to the creation of digital twins for elevator facilities. IT-Enterprise reported this development.

Today, NIBULON operates a unified digital corporate management system on the IT-Enterprise platform, covering the company’s key business areas: financial and production accounting, land bank management, operational control, and management reporting. This enables real-time business visibility and decision-making.

“Today, the efficiency of large enterprises depends on the speed and accuracy of data-driven decision-making. NIBULON is a strong example of how Ukrainian business systematically invests in intellectual capital and high-quality national solutions. Our cooperation spans more than a decade — during this time, we have jointly evolved from basic automation to Industry 4.0 tools and a full-scale digital ecosystem,” commented Oleg Shcherbatenko, Founder and CEO of IT-Enterprise.

A major milestone in the partnership was the 2025 project to implement digital twins for 23 NIBULON grain elevator complexes based on the IT-Enterprise ERP platform. According to the company, the project enabled loss minimization and significantly increased operational transparency. This case is among the first large-scale implementations of digital twins in Ukraine’s grain storage infrastructure.

“For over 10 years, NIBULON has been systematically building its digital ecosystem together with the Ukrainian IT company IT-Enterprise. The full-scale invasion accelerated this process: the business found itself in conditions where every second, every tonne, and every hryvnia matter. That is why we focused on maximum efficiency. Today, we have a reliable digital foundation and our own IT competency center, allowing us to implement changes quickly, at scale, and flexibly. We are still on the transformation journey, but already clearly understand its strategic value — for the business and for the market,” said Mykola Riasko, CIO of NIBULON.

The next stage of cooperation will be the digitalization of NIBULON’s HR processes based on IT-Enterprise ERP. The companies are currently implementing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation systems, enabling automation of the full human capital management cycle within the agricultural holding.

IT-Enterprise, a Ukrainian product IT company, has been operating for over 35 years and supports the digital transformation of the country’s largest real-sector enterprises. Its clients include Interpipe, Ferrexpo, NIBULON, Ukrposhta, Ukrnafta, and Ukrzaliznytsia, among others. Since the first days of the full-scale war, the IT-Enterprise team, in cooperation with government institutions, has been delivering mission-critical projects for Ukraine, including humanitarian aid accounting systems, procurement recovery tools, and business relocation support. The company’s co-founder and CEO Oleh Shcherbatenko is a consistent advocate of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 approaches and technologies.
