IT-Enterprise Launches UA Tech School on Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 Technologies for Youth

IT-Enterprise, a Ukrainian software company and a leader in digital transformation for business and the public sector, announces the launch of its first hands-on educational project — UA Tech School. The initiative aims to prepare a new generation of digital transformation leaders capable of transforming Ukraine’s real sector economy using Industry 4.0 technologies.
The course combines nearly 40 years of IT-Enterprise expertise with practical case studies from some of Ukraine’s largest companies included in the Forbes Top 202 ranking.
The programme is designed for 30 motivated participants — young professionals and students, future change leaders who want to master Industry 4.0 tools, AI assistants, and data-driven management principles, and who are ready to implement digital technologies in Ukraine.
“Today, digital transformation is no longer a matter of prestige — it is a matter of development and competitiveness for Ukrainian business. By launching UA Tech School, IT-Enterprise aims to transfer nearly 40 years of experience and expertise to those who will build Ukraine’s new digital economy tomorrow. The real sector needs professionals who can see real production processes behind the code and combine technology with a vision for development. Our goal is to equip young people with tools that will help embed digital solutions into Ukrainian manufacturing, making it more technological, efficient, transparent, and modern,” said Oleh Shcherbatenko, CEO and Co-founder of IT-Enterprise.
A key feature of the course is its practical focus. Participants will work on real business tasks in teams, visit company and partner offices, and receive mentorship support from leading industry experts.
The UA Tech School programme by IT-Enterprise is implemented with the participation of key stakeholders in Ukraine’s digital ecosystem, including the Sandbox programme developed and implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the IT Ukraine Association, and Diia.City residents.
Course graduates will receive certificates and the opportunity to integrate into a new-generation professional management community.
