IT-Enterprise has deployed a VAT automation solution at Raiffeisen Bank
The IT-Enterprise team has completed a large-scale digital transformation project for Raiffeisen Bank’s value-added tax (VAT) administration processes, covering the entire cycle of tax document management and reporting. The IT solution and the project are part of the bank’s digital strategy aimed at increasing the efficiency of financial operations.
As part of the project, a specialized VAT module was implemented on IT-Enterprise’s no-code/low-code platform. This module ensured end-to-end integration with the bank’s existing IT systems and centralized control over tax calculations. The project stages included business process audits, custom configurations, technical integration, and personnel training.
One of the key components was the automation of incoming tax invoice processing. The IT-Enterprise system automatically uploads documents into the ERP, updates internal directories, and eliminates the need for manual data entry. Centralized invoice processing ensures verification, approval, and formalization of information for further use in tax reporting.
For outgoing tax invoices, a separate business process was developed: the ERP system generates documents based on internal data, updates counterparties’ details, and prepares XML files in accordance with tax authority requirements. Automated generation of summary invoices was also introduced, ensuring transparency and control at the final stage.
Key results include automated generation of VAT declarations and appendices in XML format for online submission, reduced time for report preparation, and lower operational workload on financial departments.
“The IT-Enterprise ERP system has demonstrated stability and high performance. We appreciate the high qualification of the support team, the quality of services provided, and their prompt response to requests,” commented Olha Naumenko, Chief Accountant at Raiffeisen Bank.
The project is a strong example of how modern IT solutions can be integrated into regulated financial processes, helping to increase the transparency of tax administration in Ukraine. The cooperation between Raiffeisen Bank and IT-Enterprise has enabled the development of a reliable digital infrastructure that meets legislative requirements and the standards of major financial institutions.
“The future of the banking sector belongs to companies that are investing in digital solutions today. This is the path to flexibility, resilience, and true market leadership,” emphasized Oleh Shcherbatenko, CEO of IT-Enterprise.
This IT solution demonstrates how the combination of technology and expertise can enhance the accuracy, accountability, and agility of businesses in the field of tax reporting.
